the salad that made the other salads cry

Arugula/mixed greens
Black beans
Goat cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Yellow peppers
Avocado
Crushed tortilla chips
Wedge of lime, squeezed
Dressing: light olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic clove, dijon mustard, salt/pepper
